★Our restaurant has only two small tables.Please arrive at your scheduled time so that we can accommodate as many customers as possible.If you are going to be late, please call us.The reservation time is 40 minutes.Please note that if you are late, we may ask you to shorten or change your time.

★If 10 minutes have passed since your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

★After you arrive, please choose your favorite item from the menu.The displayed price is the lowest price for the product sold in the store.(Due to system issues)

★Our store is operated by Katase's Kajiya Seimen, which has been in business for three generations.

★We use delicious skins that are highly regarded even by gyoza specialty shops, and carefully wrap them with our additive-free, carefully selected filling (some products excluded).

You can choose from seven different gyoza flavors, including seasonal ones.

Our recommendation is the "All-Star Gyoza," which allows you to enjoy all six types of gyoza on one plate.(Dashi, garlic, shiso, yuzu pepper, cheese, curry)

One plate contains 6 pieces.

★We use noodles made fresh every day at Kajiya Noodles.

The noodles served in the restaurant are "soba noodles without toppings."

The concept is to "enjoy the noodles and soup purely" with carefully selected fresh noodles and delicious soup imported from Hokkaido.

We hope you enjoy the deliciousness of the noodles without relying on ramen toppings.
